Asset Controller (Based in Warehouse)

Location: Dubai

Job scope:

• Responsible for the overall integrity of Assets including the Control, Compliance to Policy & Tagging
• Maintains inventory by conducting regular physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data.
• Other key tasks; 
  • Receipt of Asset
  • Tagging of Asset
  • Storage of Asset
  • Distribution of Asset
• Liaise with Asset Accountant, Operators and IT departments to ensure accurate recording details are maintained
• Ensure all location transfers are recorded
• Repair & Maintenance Tracking
• Ensuring compliance to company Policy for Asset Control
• Assist in Asset Counts & Reconciliations
• Delivers / supplies equipment to departments by receiving and transferring items.
• Ability to identify and categorize IT equipment’s.
• Any other responsibilities as may be assigned by Manager

Requirements:

• Absolute must have experience within Asset Storage, Asset Registers & Control
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or IT
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Hardware)
